AirConforts commercialise des climatiseurs, ventilateurs et accessoires de confort thermique. Nous nous efforçons de décrire nos produits avec la plus grande exactitude. Les photographies sont fournies à titre indicatif et peuvent présenter de légères différences avec le produit livré. La disponibilité des produits n'est pas garantie et peut évoluer.
03 · Prix
Les prix sont indiqués en euros, toutes taxes comprises (TTC). Les frais de livraison éventuels sont précisés avant la validation de la commande. AirConforts se réserve le droit de modifier ses prix à tout moment ; le prix applicable est celui affiché au moment de la commande.
04 · Commande
Votre commande n'est définitivement confirmée qu'après réception d'un e-mail de confirmation de notre part. Nous nous réservons le droit de refuser ou d'annuler toute commande en cas de suspicion de fraude, d'erreur manifeste de prix, ou d'indisponibilité du produit. Dans ce cas, tout montant déjà prélevé vous est intégralement remboursé.
05 · Paiement
Le paiement s'effectue au moment de la commande, via les moyens de paiement sécurisés proposés sur notre boutique. La commande n'est traitée qu'après confirmation du paiement complet.

AirConforts sells air conditioners, fans and thermal-comfort accessories. We strive to describe our products as accurately as possible. Photographs are provided for guidance and may differ slightly from the product delivered. Product availability is not guaranteed and may change.
03 · Prices
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. Any shipping costs are stated before you confirm your order. AirConforts reserves the right to change its prices at any time; the price that applies is the one displayed at the time of the order.
04 · Orders
Your order is only definitively confirmed once you receive a confirmation e-mail from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of suspected fraud, an obvious pricing error, or product unavailability. In such cases, any amount already charged is refunded to you in full.
05 · Payment
Payment is made at the time of the order, through the secure payment methods offered in our store. The order is processed only after full payment has been confirmed.

11 · Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by German law, without prejudice to the mandatory rights enjoyed by consumers in their country of residence. 03 · Preise
Die Preise sind in Euro inklusive aller Steuern angegeben. Etwaige Versandkosten werden vor Abschluss der Bestellung ausgewiesen. AirConforts behält sich das Recht vor, seine Preise jederzeit zu ändern; es gilt der zum Zeitpunkt der Bestellung angezeigte Preis.
04 · Bestellung
Ihre Bestellung ist erst endgültig bestätigt, sobald Sie eine Bestätigungs-E-Mail von uns erhalten. Wir behalten uns das Recht vor, jede Bestellung bei Betrugsverdacht, einem offensichtlichen Preisfehler oder Nichtverfügbarkeit des Produkts abzulehnen oder zu stornieren. In diesem Fall wird ein bereits belasteter Betrag vollständig erstattet.
05 · Zahlung
Die Zahlung erfolgt zum Zeitpunkt der Bestellung über die in unserem Shop angebotenen sicheren Zahlungsmethoden. Die Bestellung wird erst nach Bestätigung der vollständigen Zahlung bearbeitet.
